Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card and debit payments: Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of your order is received we will indicate acceptance by email which will confirm the contract between us; we will then send you an invoice. We have included this term in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you are shopping from outside the UK you can still place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to sterling, there will be a charge to you from your credit company for converting your local currency to sterling.

All orders will be made in English and orders will be filed by Springville Products. Your order details cannot be accessed by another party.

Any disputes will be settled under English Law.

Shipping And Handling All orders are shipped by Royal Mail certified postage. We charge £2.50 for UK deliveries and £4.00 for overseas deliveries.

Delivery Schedule All orders are despatched within 3-5 days of order acceptance.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges The prices quoted on this site do not include any import taxes that may be payable by overseas customers. Where necessary, please check with your local Customs administration.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by our payment processor. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee covering their manufacture. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our products are nickel free or suitable for hypersensitive skin. Some products may come with a nickel free label from the manufacturer and we will state this where applicable, in all other cases you should assume some nickel content.

Magnetic products: Do not use magnetic products if you wear a pacemaker, hearing implant, or any other implanted electrical or mechanical device. As a precaution we do not suggest using magnets while pregnant. If you feel unwell please visit your doctor or health professional. Even if you feel in good health, a periodic check up is always advisable. Magnets and magnetic products can effect or even damage any other magnetic product, such as credit cards, cassettes, computer discs, etc.

Privacy Policy Springville Products do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Springville Products respects your privacy. We endeavour to ensure the highest levels of security and confidentiality.

Returns Policy We make every effort to ensure that you enjoy your shopping experience and welcome you as a returning customer. However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please follow our Returns Policy to return the goods:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification nor to items such as earrings and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see About Us for details) within seven working days of delivery of your item, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them.

Posting Return items:

- The item(s) should be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you, no adjustment or alteration is acceptable.
- The return item should be well packaged and shipped with insurance and delivery confirmation.
- We will email you the address to return the goods to. Please include your name, address and order number so that we can process your refund as soon as possible. On acceptance of an applicable refund we will refund the full amount of the item, original handling and postage charges. You will bear the costs of returning the item.
- Please obtain a certificate of posting from your post office as Springville Products cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach us and this safeguards yourself against loss.
